The Dairy Science Department offices and laboratories are located on the 2nd floor of Litton-Reaves Hall on the corner of Washington Street and West Campus Drive.  (Building number 118, located in section K-8 of the campus map.)

Kentland Entrance

Directions:

  • Take exit 118 B onto US-460W towards Blacksburg. Follow signs for Blacksburg/Virginia Tech.
  • Continue for 8.5 miles to Prices Fork Road exit (it is just past the exit to Downtown)
  • Follow Prices Fork Road for 3.6 miles.
  • Take right onto McCoy Road (Route 652). Go 3.2 miles.
  • Take left onto Whitethorne Road.
  • Follow Whitethorne Road to the Kentland Farm entrance. Take a right (beside a small white house) into Kentland Farm.
  • Take second road on right, this is a dirt road
  • Dairy buildings are up the hill.
