2019 Hokie Cow Class Registration

Event Overview
The Virginia Tech Department of Dairy Science continues to thrive and we are hoping for a record number for our incoming fall 2019 class! Our undergraduate and 4-H programs have had a tremendous year, and we hope to have the largest freshman class of all time this fall to carry on our tradition of excellence.

Your continued support helps to maintain our momentum as a world-class dairy science program. To continue to achieve our goals, we are hosting the 17th annual Hokie Cow Classic Golf Tournament fundraiser on May 20th at the Blacksburg Country Club. Thanks to many of you, last year’s fundraiser provided over $11,000 that directly supported scholarships and departmental activities.  As we plan for the 17th year, we’re hoping for an even bigger and better event. We invite you to join in the fun!

We have three goals for this year’s event:

    • Continue to attract and retain the best students possible by generating $15,000 plus for scholarships
    • Enhance support for undergraduate and 4-H teams and educational activities
    • Make this year’s tournament bigger and better than last year’s!

The 2019 Hokie Cow Classic will be held on Monday, May 20th at the Blacksburg Country Club- 1064 Clubhouse Road, Blacksburg, VA.
